Danielle Dormand

Co-owner

Danielle launched her career with Virgin Holidays and quickly found her stride in luxury travel. With over seven years at Virgin and subsequent roles managing accounts for five-star hotels, DMCs, and destinations, she’s built a career rooted in strong relationships, natural charisma, and a deep passion for her clients. Born just outside London, and moving to the U.S as a young teenager, Danielle’s early exposure to global cultures sparked a lifelong love of travel. She’s remains driven by the desire to connect people with unforgettable experiences. Now based in Orlando, Danielle brings energy, transparency, and heart to everything she does. Her results speak volumes, though she’d say it’s her humanity that truly sets her apart.

Tyler Lamont

Co-owner

Tyler brings a global perspective to luxury travel, with experience spanning top hotels, DMCs, tour operators, villas, and Tourism Boards. Originally from Montana, his passion for travel was sparked during a transformative trip through Asia and further fueled while earning his International Business degree in Chile. After launching his career in NYC with a luxury tour operator, he joined a leading representation firm in 2010, honing his expertise in hospitality consulting and strategic advisor engagement. Tyler has led initiatives across consortia, hotel programs, and industry boards—all grounded in integrity and trust. He now calls San Diego home, though his network stretches across the globe.

Wazha Dube

Africa Sales Director

Practically born with a passport in hand, Wazha has been a globetrotter from the start. A dual citizen of Botswana and the U.S., he grew up across four continents before earning a degree in Hospitality & Management from Hawaii Pacific University. His career began with luxury tour operators, designing high-end experiences, and has since evolved into 12+ years of leadership in sales, marketing, and representation. Today, he oversees the Africa Collection at Index Select, sharing his deep-rooted passion for the continent and educating advisors on its many wonders. Guided by the Kalanga proverb “To travel is to see,” Wazha continues to explore the world. He is based in New York City and serves on multiple industry boards, including APTA.

Global Sales Director

With over 15 years of experience across the hospitality, events, and travel industries, Becca brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Sales Director for Index Select’s Global Collection. After earning degrees in marketing and hospitality from UCF in 2013, she began her career in events before spending seven years with a leading African tour operator—traveling extensively throughout the continent and forging strong relationships with safari lodges, tourism boards, DMCS, and travel media. Now based in Tampa, Becca continues to expand her global reach, supporting travel advisors and cultivating new industry partnerships.

A former performing artist and professional singer, she spent years in the creative energy of New York City and London, where she developed a natural gift for storytelling, presence, and authentic connection. Her path later expanded into the wellness space, where she continues to lead a sound meditation practice. Now based in Southern California, Erika brings warmth, energy, and genuine curiosity to every advisor relationship, with a passion for connecting travelers to soulful, character-driven places that linger long after the journey ends.
